We build the instruments that find what your systems can't see, for practices that were never given the tools to look.

Hands the week back. The calls, scheduling, follow ups, and reconciliation eating it, run by a system instead of your staff. Your First System, live in 2 weeks.

Most firms need 2 vendors, an analyst who finds the problem and can't build, and a developer who builds and doesn't understand the money. The handoff between them is where accuracy, scope, and timelines die, and you pay for the translation twice. Here the diagnosis and the build are the same person.

How we talk about it

The vocabulary, plain.

Metasystems

Software layers that sit above your existing tools and coordinate fact and signal across them. The CRM, the calendar, the spreadsheet, the messenger. Your team keeps using them. The metasystem makes them work as one.

Digital Twin

A model of your firm at full operational autonomy. The version of your operation where every data handoff is automated. The Blueprint maps the gap between today and that model.

The Practice

4 practices. 1 operating thesis.

LionsHead engagements compound. The Blueprint is the gatekeeper for every relationship, the other 3 practices are downstream of the audit. Everything the systems produce is yours permanently, on your own infrastructure.

01 · The Gatekeeper

The Discovery & Architecture Blueprint

A theoretical first audit. We map the entropy points where data dies and labor compounds, then deliver a Digital Twin of your firm at full operational autonomy. Where a custom build begins, chosen when the architecture has to be right before anyone writes code. Not a toll gate on the smaller work.

02 · The Heart

Autonomous Operational Metasystems

Your CRM, your carrier portals, and your spreadsheets do not talk to each other. We make them talk. The invisible layer above your stack, event driven pipelines, canonical entity models, and the workflow contracts that let one fact propagate cleanly across every system that needs it.

03 · The Wealth Layer

Quantitative Investment Infrastructure

Built for the Securities side of the practice. Automated sentiment, market signal extraction, and institutional grade datasets. Infrastructure your team trusts at 6 AM on an open.

04 · The Retainer

Managed Systems Governance

The Architect kept on retainer. Quarterly review, on call advisory, and the bounded additions your operation asks for, a field, an endpoint, a new feed. The engine stays finished, your version of it keeps up.

The Architect

Behind the practice.

Huey Louis, Metasystems Architect

Metasystems Architect · Boca Raton, Florida

Huey Louis

A breakout founder building the operational infrastructure other breakout founders need. The architecture that ran inside 1 practice turned out to port across every other (medical, legal, advisory, dental). LionsHead is that thesis at scale. The roots are financial, market analysis and the operations beneath it.

Case Studies

Built inside live operations, not in a deck.

A selection of engagements behind the practice. Some shipped before the system practice took shape, the most recent ones after. Each one moves the same way, a problem the team couldn't solve with the tools they had, the work that resolved it, a measurable result.

Inbound Projection & Solvency

Health Insurance · Revenue Projection

HealthPedia · Lead Systems Architect

Problem

A sister agency to iHealth Plans, formed after an upline termination, and operating on an entirely different payment model. Where the established book ran on fixed advances, this one was as earned. Every carrier set its own amount and its own schedule, and none of them published a calendar. A first year agency with no payment history had no way to answer whether inbound revenue would cover its obligations.

Architectural Solution

Extended the commission lifecycle ledger to read forward instead of backward. Mapped each carrier's actual payment cadence and lag by observation, since no published source exists. Split projected inbound by source, new business, advance, as earned, and residual from the affiliated book, then tracked actuals against projection so the model corrected itself as evidence accumulated.

Tangible Result

A carrier payment calendar that did not previously exist, assembled from observation. Inbound revenue visible by month rather than guessed. Solvency became a question with an answer.

The Architect's Protocol

A method, not a sprint.

Every relationship at LionsHead moves through 4 stages. Each stage produces an artifact you own, never a slide you store.

  1. I

    Audit

We open with the Blueprint. Map the entropy points, model the firm's Digital Twin, deliver the phased path. No engagement begins without one.

  2. II

    Architect

Design the metasystem. Pipelines, agents, dashboards, and the contracts between them. The output is an executable spec, not a slide deck.

  3. III

    Deploy

Build, ship, and instrument. Every component lands behind an evaluation harness from day one. Documentation and capability transfer ship with the system.

  4. IV

    Govern

Under retainer, the Architect stays on. Quarterly review, on call advisory, continuous tuning. The system gets sharper every quarter, the firm never hits a friction wall.

How we work

The pipeline proves the value. The interface is what you buy.

Discovery, then a working pipeline we operate. You receive the output and learn nothing. Some systems stay that way permanently, a bridge never needs a face. When your team needs to own it, we build the interface and hand it over.

You see real output from your own data before we build any surface. That's deliberate. The pipeline proves the value, the interface is what you buy once it has.

Insights

Field notes from inside the metasystem.

Working theses, postmortems, and hard won opinions. Written for operators, not buyers.

Field Notes

$1,777,715
owed and unpaid, across 2,129 policies

The payment nobody mentioned

An agent produced 19 active policies and was paid on 17. Finding the other 2 across a book of 22,331 is the whole problem, and the reason a command line matcher could never do it.

A standing principle

Your data stays yours. Under your control, never on mine.

You are already accountable for your clients' confidentiality, to a regulator, a board, or a bar. I build so that accountability never leaves your hands. The system runs under your control, and your data is never something I hold, see, or trade on. The platforms earn from the data that moves through them; I earn from building the system and handing you the keys.

Engage

Architect the engine. Stop running the floor.

For a custom build, start with the Discovery & Architecture Blueprint, a fixed fee audit that maps your firm's entropy points and delivers the Digital Twin of your operation at full autonomy. The deliverable is yours regardless of whether you continue with us. Smaller engagements do not require it, a proven system is bought off a 30 minute call.
