The Architect

I don't build apps. I build the systems underneath them.

The ones that decide whether the numbers a business runs on are true. My strength is seeing the physics behind the data, finding the patterns, predicting the points of friction, and mapping where complex systems succeed or fail. I came up in this industry by showing that automated infrastructure, designed well, outperforms manual labor at scale. Every time, and by a margin that surprises people.

Huey Louis

I'm the Metasystems Architect of LionsHead Analytics Group, and one of the people the practice serves. A breakout founder who left the institutional anchor to build something with my own name on it.

LionsHead exists because the architecture that ran inside the anchor, system of record reconciliation, agent routing, compliance pipelines, calendar coordination, turned out to port across every other breakout practice that needs the same gaps closed. The medical group, the law firm, the advisory shop, the dental clinic. Every breakout founder operation has the same structural problems on different surfaces. I built the practice around that.

2 hands, 1 practice

The diagnosis and the build are the same person.

Most firms need 2 vendors. An analyst who finds the problem and can't build the fix. A developer who builds and doesn't understand the money. The handoff between them is where accuracy, scope, and timelines die, and the client pays for the translation twice.

I do both. The analysis defines what's wrong and what it costs, the same hands build the instrument that fixes it. That's not versatility. It's the elimination of a handoff that shouldn't exist.

The Record

Continuous contract work since 2020, across 4 verticals.

LionsHead claims securities, media, and insurance because the claim is a résumé, not a positioning statement. Here is where it comes from.

  1. Junior Analyst

    Apr 2020 to Aug 2021

    Marron Capital

Built the data gathering and visualization frameworks behind high stakes investment decisions, synthesizing complex market data into intelligence senior partners could act on. This is where the analytical instinct was trained, on money, under scrutiny, for people who would notice if it was wrong.

  2. Lead Systems Architect

    Sep 2021 to Feb 2022

    Viewpoint Project

Architected the CRM and operational data substrate for a high profile media production venture, integrating B2B performance metrics and stakeholder data end to end.

  3. Financial Data Systems Consultant

    Mar 2022 to Mar 2024

    24/7 Wall St.

Architected and managed the core market intelligence infrastructure for a national financial news outlet. Engineered systematic sentiment analysis and data mining pipelines that turned unstructured news into structured signal. 2 years.

  4. Principal Architect, Data & Financial Intelligence

    Jul 2024 to present

    Health insurance agency

Retained as principal consultant and, alongside the Chief Financial Officer, the agency's data driven financial point of contact. I architect the infrastructure and then use it, surfacing revenue, financial targets, and performance gaps. This is where the commission integrity practice was built.

Retention

Why the engagements are long.

6 years, 7 engagements, 4 written up here. 2 years at 24/7 Wall St. 2 years and counting at the current engagement. The rest were shorter project work, left out on purpose rather than for lack of them. Retention is the proof that doesn't fit in a case study, people keep me because the systems keep working after I've stopped being in the room.

How I work

You prove the value before you buy the surface.

Discovery first, then a working pipeline I operate. You receive the output and learn nothing, no training, no new software, no change to how your team spends its day. Some systems stay that way permanently, a bridge never needs a face.

When your team needs to own it, I build the interface and hand it over. That's when the maintenance relationship starts, and not before, because you shouldn't pay to maintain something you haven't yet proven you need.

An existing system, fitted to your practice
Live in 2 to 4 weeks from data access
Something that doesn't exist yet
First output in 2 to 4 weeks, full system in 1 to 3 months

You see real output from your own data before anyone builds a screen.

Engage

Ready to map your operation?

For a custom build, start with the Discovery & Architecture Blueprint, a fixed fee audit that maps your firm's entropy points and delivers the Digital Twin of your operation at full autonomy. The deliverable is yours regardless of whether you continue with us. Smaller engagements do not require it, a proven system is bought off a 30 minute call.
